Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml milk
- 25 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 15 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder, optionally
- 8 g cornstarch, approx. 1 slightly heaped tsp
- 2 tsp milk to mix the starch

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
similar to Spanish hot chocolate
Combine the milk, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and optional cinnamon powder in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally with a whisk. The ingredients will blend well when the mixture is hot enough. Mix the cornstarch with a little milk, add to the saucepan, and stir. Once the mixture has returned to a boil, remove from the heat and serve in a mug.
