Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1,000 g flour
- 2 packets of yeast (dry yeast)
- 3 large onions
- 200 g cheese, semi-hard cheese, to taste
- 1 liter of lukewarm water
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Dice the onions and sauté lightly. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Knead all ingredients thoroughly, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Knead thoroughly again and form two loaves. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C for about 1 hour.
