Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp thyme, dried
- 1 tsp, leveled pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Oil (optional)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
can also be used as a marinade
Mix the dried spices thoroughly and store in a dry, sealed container. The amount of salt can be adjusted to your taste. To make a marinade, simply mix the spice mix with a little oil. I personally prefer the oil-free version, as the chicken skin already contains enough fat. I find it also makes the skin crispier.
