Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 130 g almond(s), peeled whole
  • Dark chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Cookies not only at Christmas time

Knead the flour and butter into a smooth shortcrust pastry. Knead in the whole almonds. Shape the dough into logs and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut the dough into 1/2 cm thick slices. Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Once cooled, decorate with the warmed chocolate coating.
