Pear puff pastry tart

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ pack of puff pastry, frozen
  • 350 g compote (pear)
  • 600 g pear(s)
  • 1 bag of cake glaze, clear

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pear Tart, 8 pieces

Thaw 4-5 sheets of puff pastry slightly. Rinse the tart tin with cold water and place the puff pastry on the bottom of the tin, forming a 2 cm high rim. Prick the puff pastry several times with a fork. Spread about 0.5 cm of pear compote on top and arrange the peeled and fan-shaped pears on top (not too thickly). Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and then cover the pears with the glaze prepared according to the package instructions. Let cool and serve chilled.
