  • 4 chicken legs
  • 4 slice(s) bacon, streaky
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 125 ml broth (instant)
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Rub the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and place in an ovenproof dish. Top each thigh with a slice of bacon. Peel and quarter the onions, and add them to the meat. Pour white wine and broth over the chicken and cook in the oven at 250°C (middle rack) for about 30 minutes. Then add the cross-sliced ​​tomatoes and leave the dish in the oven for another 10 minutes. The chicken thighs and bacon should be crispy brown. Serve the chicken thighs in the dish with mashed potatoes and a green salad. Drink suggestion: white wine or pilsner.
