Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g pasta
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 250 g tomatoes, pureed
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

With roux

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Finely dice the onions and sauté in butter. Add the flour and deglaze with the passata. Season with pepper, salt, and sugar.
