Banana-style apple bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 small bananas, ripe
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • Sweetener, liquid, equivalent to 80 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon
  • ½ small bottle(s) of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • pinch(s) of salt
  • oatmeal
  • 1 tsp margarine (half-fat margarine)
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the apples into small pieces, puree the banana, and combine. Mix in the eggs, vanilla sugar, sweetener, flavoring, and salt. Stir in the flour mixed with sunflower seeds, cinnamon, and baking powder. Pour into a silicone mold or any baking dish greased with margarine and sprinkled with oat flakes. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (fan-assisted) for 45 minutes.
