Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 tbsp oat flakes
- 2 tbsp almonds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp honey
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 shot of water
- some chocolate powder
- ½ half apple
- Cinnamon

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
without table sugar
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Mix together all ingredients except the apple. If you want the cake sweeter, add a little more honey. Wash the apple and slice it. Pour half of the batter into the pan. Arrange the apple slices on top and cover with the other half of the batter. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for at least 25 minutes. Delicious hot or cold.
