Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • ½ bottle flavoring (lemon)
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ package baking powder
  • 25 wafers
  • some lemon juice
  • some powdered sugar
  • n. B. Almond flakes, roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix together the butter, sugar, and lemon flavoring, then beat in the eggs. Combine the flour and baking powder, stir into the mixture, and stir until smooth. Spread a dollop of the mixture evenly on a wafer. Bake in a preheated oven at around 190°C for a good 15 minutes, until the mixture has risen and is lightly browned. Then remove from the oven and let cool. Make a glaze from the icing sugar and lemon juice and spread it over the cookies. Sprinkle with flaked almonds, if desired, and let the glaze harden.
