Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 125 g cane sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 80 g almond(s), chopped
- 80 g oat flakes, fine
- 80 g wheat flour (wholemeal)
- 20 g desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cream the butter, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg until fluffy. Then stir in the remaining ingredients. With moistened hands, form small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving enough space between each ball. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15-18 minutes.
