Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 75 g flour
- 250 g cornstarch
- 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 75 hazelnuts

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Knead all the dough ingredients together. This will be quite tedious at first due to the large amount of cornstarch, but it’s worth it. Form the dough into small balls and press a hazelnut into the center of each. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between them (they will spread slightly) and bake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for 15-20 minutes. Let them cool completely after baking, otherwise they will fall apart.
