Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g lard
- 250 g sugar
- 450 g flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Makes about 200 pieces, quick and chocolatey
Knead all ingredients together. Form the dough into rolls and tear off nut-sized pieces. Bake the chocolate nuts on baking paper at 175°C for about 20 minutes. Cool thoroughly and store in a safe place.
