Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 potatoes
  • 300 g green beans
  • 1 tsp stock powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp ajvar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch or sauce thickener
  • 300 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Dice the onions and fry them with the minced meat. Peel and dice the potatoes, and fry them for a few minutes. Add the beans and 300 ml of water and season with the broth. Simmer for about 20 minutes, then season with tomato paste and ajvar. Thicken with starch or sauce thickener if desired.
