Tomatoes with tuna filling

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 can of tuna, approx. 140 g
  • 50 g cheese of your choice
  • ½ lemon(s), juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and dry the tomato, cut off the top, and hollow out the shell. Squeeze the lemon. Wash the chives, shake them dry, and cut them into rings. Dice the cheese. Drain the tuna and tear it apart with a fork. Mix the lemon juice with the other ingredients and fill the hollowed-out tomatoes with it.
