- Lard or margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Flatten the schnitzel if necessary. Now prepare everything for the breading. To do this, mix the flour with the spices, whisk the egg, and have the breadcrumbs ready. Coat the meat first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Brown it in a pan with plenty of lard or margarine. Wrap the pan in aluminum foil and place it in the oven. Cook at 150°C for 20 minutes.
