Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g palm fat
  • 300 g chocolate (dark chocolate)
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • Wafers (square baking wafers)

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Melt the Palmin and broken chocolate pieces. Once cooled, stir in 4 egg yolks, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and rum. Then fold in the stiff peaks of the 4 egg whites. Spread a thin layer of this mixture on a large wafer, cover with a second wafer, then spread the cream on this, and so on. Finish with a wafer. Weigh it down with a board to set and refrigerate. Then cut into small, diamond-shaped pieces and keep refrigerated.
