Green Chicken Curry
The perfect green chicken curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Chicken breast fillet
- 1 piece Onion, chopped
- 1 piece Clove of garlic, chopped
- 1 piece Green peppers, cut
- 1 piece Zucchini, cut
- 2 piece Spring onions fresh, cut
- 3 tbsp Green curry paste
- Possibly salt, pepper
- Possibly chilli flakes
- 400 ml Coconut milk, unsweetened
- Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces and fry in a wok with a little (sesame) oil until golden brown.
- Cut the onion and the clove of garlic into fine pieces. Cut the bell pepper and zucchini into pieces about two cm in size. Cut the spring onion into rings. In the meantime, cook (jasmine) rice.
- Add the onions to the chicken and fry lightly with the meat.
- Add the remaining vegetables and fry for about five minutes.
- Add coconut milk.
- Add green curry paste, stir and simmer for about seven minutes.
- Serve with (jasmine) rice. Good Appetite!
