Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g poppy seeds
  • 50 g vanilla or white chocolate flavor protein powder
  • 30 ml low-fat milk
  • 2 m.-large egg whites
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • ½ pack of vanilla pudding powder
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • e.g. cinnamon
  • n. B. Sweetener

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients, except the poppy seeds and milk, together to form a smooth batter. Pour 2/3 of the batter into a round springform pan. Mix the poppy seeds with the milk and spread evenly over the batter. Now add the remaining batter on top. Garnish with a few flaked almonds, if desired. Bake for about 60 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. Nutritional values ​​for the whole cake: 1166 kcal, 35 grams of carbohydrates, 47 grams of fat, 137 grams of protein. This means only 145 kcal per slice for 8 slices.
