Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g poppy seeds
- 50 g vanilla or white chocolate flavor protein powder
- 30 ml low-fat milk
- 2 m.-large egg whites
- ½ pack of baking powder
- ½ pack of vanilla pudding powder
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- e.g. cinnamon
- n. B. Sweetener
Instructions

Mix all ingredients, except the poppy seeds and milk, together to form a smooth batter. Pour 2/3 of the batter into a round springform pan. Mix the poppy seeds with the milk and spread evenly over the batter. Now add the remaining batter on top. Garnish with a few flaked almonds, if desired. Bake for about 60 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. Nutritional values for the whole cake: 1166 kcal, 35 grams of carbohydrates, 47 grams of fat, 137 grams of protein. This means only 145 kcal per slice for 8 slices.
