Beans with bacon and onions

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 780 g beans, frozen
  • 200 g diced ham
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simple and delicious

Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces. Add the oil to a large pan and sauté the onions and bacon until slightly translucent. Then add the unthawed beans and sauté, covered, over medium heat for 10 minutes. Season with garlic and spices. This goes very well with pan-fried meat.
