Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g millet flour
- 4 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Mix flour, eggs, milk (sugar), and salt to make a pancake batter. Fry in batches in hot oil. Tips: It also tastes delicious with chopped apple pieces and/or raisins. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar to taste. For adults, a shot of rum also works well. Omit the sugar from vegetables or salad garnishes.
