Kohlrabi, radish and zucchini vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g radish(s)
  • 100 g carrot(s) with greens
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 100 g kohlrabi with young leaves
  • 4 cm leek
  • 200 ml salt water or vegetable stock
  • 50 ml cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash all vegetables, peel if necessary, and finely dice. Chop a total of 4 tablespoons of the carrot tops and kohlrabi leaves and add them. Simmer everything in salted water or broth, then add the cream. Season to taste and simmer briefly again.
