Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 70 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp orange peel (Finesse or Orange peel)
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 350 g flour
  • 60 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream the softened butter until fluffy. Stir in the powdered sugar. Stir in half of the orange zest and as much flour as possible. Knead in the remaining flour. Gradually form the dough into small balls (approx. 2 cm) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 150°C on the middle rack for 15-18 minutes. Let cool for 3-5 minutes. Mix the sugar and the remaining orange zest in an electric chopper. Roll the orange snowballs in the mixture while still warm. Let cool.
