- 300 g celeriac

- 100 g cream

a delicious side dish from the steamer
Peel and dice the celery, peel, quarter, and core the pears. Steam the celery for 12 minutes and the pears for 4 minutes in a perforated steamer at 100°C. If you don’t have a steamer, you can also steam the celery and pears in a covered sieve in a saucepan. The cooking time may be slightly longer. Puree the pears and celery with the cream and season with salt and pepper. This pairs well with venison or other game dishes.
