Fresh figs with yogurt and crunchy nuts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g yogurt (skimmed milk)
  • 75 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Sweetener, a few drops
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped
  • 30 g cornflakes
  • 4 figs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk yogurt with quark and lemon juice until smooth and season with sweetener and cinnamon powder. Heat honey in a non-stick pan, add nuts and cornflakes, and toast lightly. Slice figs and serve with yogurt and crunchy nuts. This recipe is suitable for vegetarians: 4.5p per person.
