Pasta with crab cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (e.g. tagliatelle)
  • salt water
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 100 g crab
  • Salt
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Melt the butter in a pan, thinly slice the garlic, and fry it in the butter. Add the prawns and fry, then add the cream (you can add more or less than the 100 ml to taste). Wash the parsley, remove the stalks, finely chop the leaves, and add them. Season with salt to taste, then add the drained pasta and mix everything well. If you like, you can also add Parmesan cheese to the sauce beforehand; it tastes great too!
