Maultaschen pan à la Lanie

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 Maultaschen
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 slices of ham (turkey breast)
  • ½ cup herb cream cheese
  • Garlic (frozen)
  • pepper
  • Parmesan
  • Oil or other fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the ham into small pieces and fry in the pan. Add garlic to taste and fry (do not let it blacken). Meanwhile, dice the Maultaschen, add them to the pan, and sizzle. Now add the eggs and mix quickly. When the eggs have the desired consistency (mine were scrambled), add the cream cheese and mix well. Once the cream cheese has dissolved, transfer everything to a plate and sprinkle with pepper and Parmesan cheese (if you like Parmesan—I like a lot). This may not seem like much, but it’s really filling. That’s why I’ve specified two servings, but for hungry men, this can be just one. It’s good for dinner. Of course, you can adapt the pan to your own taste; you can fry whatever you like.
