Spaghetti with red lentils

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ cup(s) Lentils, red
  • 200 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 100 g cream
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • ½ onion(s)
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Cook red lentils in salted water for about 5 minutes until tender. Dice the onion and sauté in oil, add the lentils and cream. Season with paprika. Fold in the pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
