Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ cup(s) breadcrumbs
- 500 g bell pepper(s), colored
- 1 can/n tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)

- 6 large potatoes
- Oil (olive oil)
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- lovage
- basil
- garlic powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and boil the potatoes until tender (do not peel them first). Cut the cooked potatoes into wedges. Add the egg and breadcrumbs to the minced meat. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, and basil. Mix well and then form into small meatballs. Add oil to a large pan and fry the meatballs. Add the bell peppers and fry briefly. Now add the canned tomatoes. If desired, add a little stock. Season to taste. Simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the potato wedges in another pan and season with pepper, paprika, salt, and garlic. Fry until crispy. Serve the potato wedges with the meatballs.
