Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 225 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 125 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 175 g sugar
- 175 g whipped cream
- 250 g peanuts, unsalted
- 80 g apricot(s), dried
- 200 g chocolate coating

Knead the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, butter, and egg into a smooth dough and then chill for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut out circles about 5 cm in diameter. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 150°C (preheated) for about 6-7 minutes. Topping: Heat the butter and sugar. Once the sugar has melted, add the cream, peanuts, and chopped apricots. Simmer for about 3 minutes. Drop this mixture onto the pre-baked cookies with a teaspoon. Bake for another 15 minutes at 150°C. Melt the chocolate coating and spread it on the bottom of the cooled cookies.
