Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g muesli
- 80 g butter
- 100 g cane sugar or honey
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp baking powder

suitable for every season, makes about 25 pieces
Toast the muesli and butter in a pan, let it cool, and mix with the other ingredients. Place small mounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. IMPORTANT: Do not put them in a tin. They should stay crispy.
