Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 180 g tomatoes, dried in oil
- 210 g bell pepper(s), grilled, without skin
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 garlic clove(s)

ideal for grilling
Grill and skin the bell peppers. They are also available pre-grilled in a jar. Roughly puree all ingredients, except for the tomatoes and oil. Season with pepper to taste. Tastes great grilled or as a spread on bread.
