Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g feta cheese
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- 150 g light cream
- 1 large bell pepper(s), red
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes
Finely dice the bell peppers and feta cheese and mix or blend with the herb cream cheese, crème légère, and olive oil until smooth. Press in the garlic cloves and season the dip with salt and pepper.
