Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 500 g natural yogurt (1.5%)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup of Cremefine
  • n. B. sugar, brown
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes

Place the unthawed raspberries in a baking dish. I recommend an oblong, shallow baking dish, as the brown sugar won’t penetrate the raspberries in a tall, round dish. Whisk the cream and Cremefine, add the vanilla sugar, and then mix with the yogurt. Simply spread the mixture over the raspberries. Sprinkle everything with brown sugar. It’s better to have a little more than too little! Let it sit in the fridge for a day, and you’re done.
