Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bunch of wild garlic
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 250 g butter
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Roughly chop the walnuts. Finely chop the wild garlic. Cream the butter until fluffy, stir in the wild garlic and walnuts, and season with salt.
