Ham noodles in broccoli cream

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 400 ml cream
  • 400 g processed cheese
  • 200 ml milk
  • Broth, instant
  • herbal salt
  • pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the noodles and broccoli in salted water in a pot as usual and drain. Meanwhile, cut the ham into strips and fry them in a little oil. I always do this in a wok so everything fits. Deglaze the ham with the cream and milk, then melt the cheese. Season to taste with herb salt, pepper, and bouillon powder. Finally, add the noodles and broccoli. Stir everything together and let it simmer for a moment.
