For this pastry, you’ll need a wolf’s tooth or dandelion baking tray, which you can find in well-stocked household goods stores, online, or at Christmas markets during the Christmas season, where you can find stalls selling pans and baking trays. Once you have one of these trays (two would be better), you’re ready to go. Preheat oven: top and bottom heat 200-250°C, fan oven 160-170°C, 10-15 mins. Grease the tray well. Mix the dough ingredients thoroughly with a hand mixer. Using two teaspoons, place three small heaps in a row and bake in the oven until golden brown. The dough will spread.
