Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g wheat flour type 1050
- 50 g coconut flour
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 150 g muesli with apple, macadamia, cinnamon
- 150 g oat bran
- 125 g butter, soft
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g maple syrup
- 60 g walnuts, chopped
- 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp
- n. B. Almond(s) for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Combine the butter, egg, and maple syrup in a mixer, then add all the other ingredients and knead until smooth. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) with conventional heating. Roll out the dough on a countertop to a thickness of about 1/2–1 cm, using plastic wrap if necessary. Cut out the cookies using a cookie cutter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place one almond on each cookie. Bake on the middle rack for about 15 minutes, or a little longer if necessary, until golden brown.
