Ingredients for 30 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 100 g flour
- 125 g almond(s) (flakes)
- 100 g dark chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the lemon juice, then fold in the flour and flaked almonds. Using 2 teaspoons, place small mounds of dough onto a prepared baking sheet. Place the sheet in the oven and bake at 220°C for about 12 minutes. Let the cookies cool, then carefully remove them from the baking sheet and spread the melted chocolate coating on the underside.
