Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- some water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Knead the ingredients into a pasta dough and wrap in cling film. Let it rest for 30 minutes to allow the dough to relax. Then roll it out very thinly and let it dry slightly. Cut into strips and cook in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes. You can, of course, use a pasta machine if you have one. The dough is also suitable for making Maultaschen (small pasta pockets), tortellini, and ravioli.
