Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g scampi, cleaned
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 sprigs of flat-leaf parsley
  • 4 cl white wine
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the garlic and parsley. Sauté the finely chopped onion in a little oil. Cover the garlic, parsley, tomato paste, and washed scampi with a little water and cook for 30 minutes. Then pour in the wine and cook for a few more minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil. If the sauce is too thin, add some breadcrumbs. Enjoy!
