Spelled cookies with coconut chips

Let the butter soften slightly (put it out at room temperature beforehand, or warm it slightly in the microwave or oven) and mix it with the other ingredients. Ideally, mix using the dough hook of a hand mixer. Set the oven to 160°C fan/convection oven and preheat. Now, using teaspoons, place the dough in small heaps on a prepared baking sheet and press it into a round cookie shape by hand. If desired, sprinkle some desiccated coconut on top. Now place the baking sheet in the hot oven and bake for a maximum of 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, they may already be a little overbrown. However, the first baking sheet may take a little longer because the oven isn’t quite warm enough. Now let the cookies cool and then enjoy. 645.16 kcal per 100 g.
