Pasta pan with peas and turkey breast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • 400 g turkey breast
  • 500 g peas, frozen
  • 4 tbsp parsley
  • Cream, for cooking, preferably reduced-fat
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Sunflower oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the pasta in water according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain. Meanwhile, cut the turkey breast into small strips. Marinate in oil and season generously. Fry in a pan and add the peas and parsley. Once the meat is cooked through and the peas are thawed and hot, add the pasta to the pan. Pour in the cooking cream to prevent it from becoming too dry. Season again if necessary.
