Noodles with curry chicken sauce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, e.g. spirelli
  • salt water
  • 5 tbsp, heaped curry powder
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 ml water
  • 5 large carrots
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • 50 g broccoli
  • 50 g chicken meat
  • 1 pack of herb cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Cook the broccoli in salted water. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and lightly fry in a pan. Peel and finely chop the carrots, then add them to the pan with the peas and the meat. Now add the milk and water to the pan and heat. Add the cream cheese and season with curry powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Once the cream cheese has melted, drain the pasta, arrange everything together, and serve.
