Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp peas, frozen
- 50 g sliced chicken breast
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 100 g processed cheese
- 50 g Gouda, grated
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 500 g pasta
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, fry the onions in oil until translucent, then add the peas and chicken breast and fry for about a minute. Add the cream and processed cheese and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Now add the Gouda cheese and the spices, melt, and the sauce is ready. Meanwhile, prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Serve the pasta with the sauce.
