Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, new, small
- 4 tbsp butter-flavored rapeseed oil (Alba oil)
- Salt
- Parsley, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Roasting time: approximately 30 minutes. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook in salted water. Drain and rinse well. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes, skin on, until crispy brown. Finally, add the parsley and mix well with the potatoes.
