Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 lemon(s), its juice
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • ⅛ liter of water
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp sugar, more if needed
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

e.g. for leaf salads

Wash the lemon, halve it, and squeeze the juice. Combine the lemon juice with the remaining ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously. Season the dressing to taste and toss with your chosen salad.
