Ingredients for 40 servings:
- 4 eggs, of which the egg whites
- 1 pinch of salt
- 220 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 140 g semolina (soft wheat semolina)
- 120 g ground almonds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of clove(s), ground
- 40 wafers, round, diameter 5cm
- Cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff, then gradually mix in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Fold in the semolina and almonds. Place the mixture in small heaps on the wafers. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Once cooled, dust with cocoa powder.
