Pasta stew with Mettwurst

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 Mettwurst sausages, sliced
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 pack of pasta
  • 2 can/n tomatoes, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Herbs of your choice
  • Garlic
  • chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the sausages and onions, skimming off the fat. Add the tomatoes, pour in water, and bring to a boil. Then add the pasta. I usually turn off the heat and let the pasta cook in a covered pot. Season to taste and serve.
