Extra cheesy one-pot pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g of elbow macaroni (preferably pasta with a cooking time of 5 minutes)
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 ml Cremefine
  • 120 g mozzarella, diced
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 60 g Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • some pepper
  • 1 handful of basil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 small shallot(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 14 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes

for a quick pasta craving

Peel and finely dice the shallot and garlic. Roughly tear the basil leaves. Combine everything in a saucepan with the vegetable stock, Cremefine, pasta, salt, and pepper. Stir the contents of the pan together, bring to a boil, and simmer covered over low heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring regularly. Once the pasta is cooked, add the halved cherry tomatoes, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese to the pasta and let stand, covered, for about two minutes. Enjoy!
